The AMM Process Explained

  3. Manage & Optimise – Provide ongoing managed services (optional – can be delivered by partner or Ingram Micro).

Funding Example (15 Virtual Machines)

  • Typical cost for migration: ~£6,000.
  • Microsoft funding covers up to $8,000 (split between assessment & migration stages).
  • Typical annual Azure spend: £20,000 — Partners earn 6% rebate (~£1,700 per year).
