• M365 Copilot + Agents Overview: Microsoft 365 Copilot update and Agents introduction. Setup Azure consumption meter for agents. Building agents as an end-user and extending Microsoft 365 Copilot. Key components of Copilot Studio.
• Introduction to Labs and How to Access it: intro to labs and provide access to attendees.
• Build Agents: Agent Lab 1: Develop a conversational action to enable interaction within a cross-organisational group.
• Build Agents: Agent Lab 2: Create and configure Gen AI agents for customer websites, using knowledge, topics and power apps.
• Copilot Agents Governance: Governance, Security and Management of Copilot Agents.
• Copilot Getting Started Workshop: Overview of getting started bundle workshop. Review of included materials, including Business Value Workshop, Technical Delivery and Operations Guides.
